摘　　要：介绍一种新型登机桥对接模拟器,采用以高空作业平台为基础,换装机舱门模拟器,配备登舱梯、锚定机构、挡车器。实现既能满足智能登机桥调试要求,又能满足机场传统登机桥调试与训练要求,兼具高空作业平台的维修功能。主要介绍自行走机构总体布置、举升机构的结构型式、机舱门模拟器的材质与结构、控制方式,以及对电池容量及爬坡能力进行校核。最后,总结新型登机桥对接模拟器的优点,对设计智能登机桥对接模拟器有一定的参考意义。A new type of boarding bridge docking simulator is introduced,which is based on the aerial work platform and is equipped witha cabin door simulatoras well as the boarding stair,anchoring unit and car stopper.It meets both the adjustment requirementsof the intelligent boarding bridge and the adjustment and training requirements of the traditional airport boarding bridgeand has the maintenance function of the aerial work platform.The overall layout of the horizontal drive unit,the structural typeof the vertical drive unit,the materials and structure of the cabin door simulator and the control mode are mainly introduced,and the battery capacity and climbing ability are checked.Finally,the advantages of the new boarding bridge docking simulator are summarized,which is of reference significance for the design of intelligent boarding bridge docking simulator.
