液压油箱液位计渗油问题分析与改进

摘　　要：在某高海拔工况的液压系统中,设计的一款专用液压油箱上液位计在使用一段时间后,出现渗油,通过分析,确定故障原因是液位计安装座焊接变形,造成安装面不平,液位计密封失效产生渗油。通过改进油箱体的液位计安装结构,使其具有良好的焊接工艺性,保证油箱体符合液位计的安装条件,解决了液位计渗油问题。In a hydraulic system used in high altitude working conditions,a dedicated level gauge designed for the hydraulic oil tank experienced oil leakage after a period of service time.Through analysis,it was determined that the cause for the fault is the welding deformation of the mounting seat of the level gauge,resulting in uneven mounting surface,seal failure of the level gauge and oil leakage.The mounting structure of the level gauge in the oil tank is improved to ensure a good welding processibility and to ensure that the oil tank meets the mounting conditions of the level gauge to solve the oil leakage problem of the level gauge.
