碱胁迫对五种生态草种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘  要:以草地早熟禾、发草、同德小花碱茅、秦艽、酸模5种生态草种为试材,在光照恒温恒湿培养箱内进行种子耐碱性萌发培养的试验,研究了不同梯度(7.0、7.5、8.0、8.5、9.0、9.5)的pH处理下,5种种子的萌发特性,以期为高寒矿区碱性渣土区的生态修复提供参考依据。结果表明:随着pH的增大,草地早熟禾和秦艽的各萌发指标均减小,发草、同德小花碱茅和酸模先增大后减小。采用Topsis法对5种种子在不同pH下萌发特性的排序表明,草地早熟禾和秦艽在碱度低(pH 7.0)的状态下萌发最好,发草和同德小花碱茅在中度碱(pH≤8.5)的萌发特性最好,酸模在高碱度(pH≥9)萌发特性最好。Five kinds of ecological grass species of Poa pratensis,Deschampsia caespitosa,Puccinellia tenuiflora cv.Qinghai,Gentian macrophylla and Rumex acetosa were used as test materials,and the seed germination was tested in the light constant temperature and humidity incubator.The germination characteristics of pH treated with different gradients(7.0,7.5,8.0,8.5,9.0 and 9.5)were studied,in order to provide reference for the ecological restoration of the alkaline muck area in the alpine mining area.The results showed that with the increase of pH,the germination indexes of Poa pratensis and Gentian macrophylla decreased,whereas Deschampsia caespitosa,Puccinellia tenui flora cv.Qinghai and Rume acetosa increased first and then decreased.The ranking of germination quality of 5 seeds under different pH by Topsis method showed that and Poa pratensis and Gentian macrophylla had better germination under low alkalinity(pH 7.O),Deschampsia caespitosa,and Puccinellia tenuiflora cv.Qinghai had better germination quality in moderate alkali(pH≤8.5),and Rumex acetosa under high alkalinity(pH≥9).
