摘 要:目的探讨ICU护士工作场所互惠行为的真实体验,为促进ICU护理团队建设提供参考。方法采用现象学研究方法,对15名ICU护士进行半结构式访谈,运用Colaizzi 7步分析法对资料进行整理分析。结果提炼出4个主题:ICU护理工作特点决定了互惠行为的普遍性和积极性;ICU护士工作场所互惠行为具有多元性;ICU护士工作场所互惠行为受情境影响且具有适时性;护理管理者支持工作场所互惠行为。结论工作场所互惠行为对ICU护士具有积极效应。护理管理者可以利用工作场所互惠行为的特点,加强团队合作,营造更为和谐的工作氛围。Objective To explore the real experiences of reciprocal behavior at the workplace of ICU nurses,and to provide a refe-rence for promoting the construction of ICU nursing team.Methods A semi-structured interview was conducted among 15 ICU nurses by phenomenological approach.Colaizzi seven-step analysis was used to analyze the data.Results Four themes were identified:the characteristics of ICU nursing work determined the universality and positivity of reciprocal behavior;reciprocal behavior of ICU nurses at the workplace was diverse;reciprocal behavior of ICU nurses was influenced by context and was time-dependent;and nursing managers supported reciprocity in the workplace.Conclusion The reciprocal behavior at the workplace has positive effects on ICU nurses.Nursing managers can leverage the characteristics of workplace reciprocal behavior to enhance teamwork and create a more harmonious work environment.
