摘 要:在岩溶地区新建建筑物时地基基础的安全性是一项具有挑战性的工作,常规的地基基础设计主要依靠经验性的分析和预测对地基的承载力进行评估,以实际工程项目为例,通过有限元分析,对复杂溶洞条件下的建筑物地基基础的应力和沉降进行了分析,并同时对新建建筑物对溶洞产生的附加荷载及溶洞顶的变形和受力进行了评估,初步量化了新建建筑物对溶洞产生的影响;通过分析对比,由于基坑开挖产生了应力释放作用,新建建筑物对溶洞产生的附加应力小于设计时考虑的附加载荷,现行的设计方法可保证建筑物基础的安全性。The safety of foundation in karst areas is a challenging task for new buildings.Conventional foundation design mainly relies on empirical analysis and prediction to evaluate the bearing capacity of the foundation.Takes an actual engineering project as an example and analyzes the stress and settlement of building foundation under complex karst cave conditions through finite element analysis,in addition,the additional loads generated by the newly built buildings on the karst cave and the deformation and stress on the top of the karst cave were evaluated,and the impact of the newly built buildings on the karst cave was preliminarily quantified;in addition,through analysis and comparison of the results,it is found that due to the stress release effect caused by excavation of the foundation pit,the additional stress generated by the newly built building on the karst cave is smaller than the additional load considered in the design.Therefore,the current design method can ensure the safety of the building foundation.
