摘 要:《建筑结构荷载规范:GB 50009—2012》[1]中,对重型货车停车库的等效均布活荷载取值未作明确规定。通过收集市场常用重型货车品牌的车辆尺寸、轴距等参数,确定了用于重型货车停车库等效均布活荷载分析的车身参数。以广州东部某物流枢纽中心车辆调度场为例,基于实际车辆参数及弯矩、剪力等效的原则,考虑轮压不利布置,计算了重型货车停车库井字梁布置方案下的楼板等效均布活荷载为26 kPa。采用多步静力分析手段模拟车队移动过程,计算次梁、主梁在极限满布车队荷载工况下的最大弯矩及剪力,由此换算次梁及主梁的等效活荷载。计算结果表明,背景工程的次梁等效均布活荷载可取为20 kPa,主梁的等效均布活荷载建议采用车轴总重除以车身总面积确定,按文献[1]根据车辆排布除以受荷面积的换算方式可能偏小。移动荷载分析手段是确定特殊车辆等效均布活荷载取值的有效分析方法。货车停车楼的等效均布活荷载应根据货车实际车辆参数及楼面布置形式进行针对性分析。In Load Code for the Design of Building Structures:GB 50009—2012[1],the equivalent live load of heavy truck parking garage is not clearly defined.By collecting the vehicle size,wheelbase and other parameters of heavy truck brands commonly used,the calculation premise of equivalent live load of heavy truck parking building is determined.Taking the vehicle scheduling field of a logistics hub center in eastern Guangzhou as an example,based on the actual vehicle parameters and the principle of equivalent bending moment and shear force,considering the unfavorable arrangement of wheel pressure,the equivalent uniform live load of the floor under the well-shaped beam arrangement scheme of heavy truck parking garage is calculated to be 26 kPa.The multi-step static analysis method is used to simulate the movement process of the fleet,and the maximum bending moment and shear force of the secondary beam and the main beam under the limit full fleet load condition are calculated,so as to convert the equivalent live load of the secondary beam and the main beam.The calculation results show that the equivalent uniform live load of the secondary beam of the background project can be taken as 20 kPa.The equivalent uniform live load of the main beam is recommended to be determined by the total weight of the axle divided by the total area of the body.According to the Literature[1],the conversion method of dividing the load area by the vehicle arrangement may be too small.The moving load analysis method is an effective analysis method to determine the equivalent uniform live load value of special vehicles.The equivalent uniform live load of the truck parking building should be analyzed according to the actual vehicle parameters and floor layout of the truck.
