摘 要:研究了脉石中SiO_(2)和Al_(2)O_(3)含量对回转窑中酸性球团粉末和碱性球团粉末结圈行为的影响。利用压团、焙烧实验模拟回转窑中酸、碱性球团粉末的结圈,通过添加不同比例的SiO_(2)和Al_(2)O_(3)分析纯试剂来模拟原料中脉石成分的变化,对粉末固结物的抗压强度、显微结构进行分析,揭示碱度、SiO_(2)和Al_(2)O_(3)含量对球团粉末结圈行为的影响机制。研究表明:在相同条件下,碱性球团粉末的液相生成量和固结强度远大于酸性球团粉末。酸性球团粉末固结强度随SiO_(2)含量的增加呈现降低的趋势,而碱性球团粉末呈现先降低后升高的趋势;2种球团粉末的固结强度随Al_(2)O_(3)含量的增加均呈现先升高后降低的趋势。因此,在球团生产中,可以通过调整原料结构的方式,适当调整原料中的SiO_(2)和Al_(2)O_(3)的含量,从而有效降低回转窑中的结圈现象。The effect of SiO_(2) and Al_(2)O_(3) content in gangue on the ring-forming behaviors of acidic and alkaline pellet powder in rotary kilns was studied.The briquetting and roasting experiments were carried out to simulate the ring-forming process of pellet powder in rotary kilns.Meanwhile,the changes in gangue composition were simulated by adding SiO_(2) and Al_(2)O_(3) analytical reagents to raw materials at different dosages.The effect of alkalinity,SiO_(2) and Al_(2)O_(3) content on the compressive strength of the powder consolidations and their microstructures were investigated.The liquid phase production and consolidation strength of alkaline pellet powder were much greater than those of acidic pellet powder under the same conditions.The consolidation strength of acidic pellet powder decreased with increasing SiO_(2) content,while that of alkaline pellet powder decreased first and then increased.Furthermore,the consolidation strength of acidic and alkaline pellet powder both increased first and then decreased with increasing Al_(2)O_(3) content.Therefore,the SiO_(2) and Al_(2)O_(3) content in raw materials can be appropriately adjusted in pellets production by adjusting the structure of raw materials,reducing the ring formation in rotary kilns effectively.
