摘  要:为适应某钢厂新的生产线,提高其连铸连轧效率,重点探究、揭示了浸入式水口开口个数对薄板坯结晶器内冶金行为的影响规律。研究采用有限元软件ANSYS Fluent,针对高拉速(5m/min)薄板坯漏斗型结晶器在不同水口结构下的流动和传热行为进行三维数值模拟仿真,并分析比较模拟结果,结合液面波动指数F数,择出最优的水口。结果表明:在流场分析中,两孔水口弯月面处的最大流速为0.709m/s,三孔水口和四孔水口最大流速相近,分别为0.575、0.578m/s,两孔水口对自由液面造成的扰动更大;在温度场分析中,两孔水口顶面温度范围整体较高,温度最大值出现在窄壁处;三孔和四孔水口顶面最大温度均1810K以下,且三孔水口高温区域较大,有利于保护渣的熔化。计算F数可得F_(2)为4.09、F_(3)为2.65、F_(4)为2.88。三孔水口F3数值最小(F_(3)<F_(4)<F_(2))。且F_(3)=2.65<3,说明此水口条件下的波动规律优于常规板坯常规水口的最优数据,最终择出三孔水口为最优水口。In order to adapt to the new production line of a steel plant and improve its continuous casting and rolling efficiency,the influence of the number of submerged nozzle openings on the metallurgical behavior inside the thin slab crystallizer was mainly explored and revealed.Three-dimensional numerical simulation of flow and heat transfer in a thin slab funnel mold with high casting speed(5 m/min)was carried out by using Ansys Fluent.The simulation results were analyzed and compared,and the optimal nozzle was selected based on the fluctuation index F of the liquid surface.The results show that in the flow field analysis,the maximum flow velocity at the meniscus of the two hole nozzle is 0.709m/s,while the maximum flow velocities at the three hole nozzle and the four hole nozzle are similar,0.575 and 0.578m/s,respectively.The two hole nozzle causes greater disturbance to the free liquid surface.In temperature field analysis,the overall temperature range of the top surface of the two hole nozzle is relatively high,and the maximum temperature occurs at the narrow wall.The maximum temperature on the top surface of the three hole and four hole nozzles is below 1810K,and the high temperature area of the three hole nozzle is relatively large,which is conducive to the melting of the protective slag.Combined with the analysis of F number,the liquid level fluctuation indexes of the three kinds of nozzles were 4.09,2.65 and 2.88,respectively.The value of F_(3) in three orifices is the smallest(F_(3)<F_(1)<F_(2)).And F_(3)=2.65<3,indicating that the fluctuation pattern under this water outlet condition is better than the optimal data of the conventional water outlet for slab,and the three hole water outlet was ultimately selected as the optimal water outlet.
