摘 要:采用OM、SEM、TEM等试验方法研究了1050℃固溶与热轧复合的形变热处理不同变形量对450℃时效后Fe-25Mn-8Al-5Ni-1.2C低密度钢微观组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,试验钢经不同变形量的形变热处理及时效后均为奥氏体单相组织。随着变形量由20%增加到60%,晶粒显著细化,平均晶粒尺寸从75μm降低至14μm;B2相的析出数量增多,尺寸增大;较大尺寸κ碳化物逐渐减少,较小尺寸κ碳化物增多,分布逐渐均匀。与未变形的时效态钢相比,形变热处理后的时效态钢屈服强度提升了45%~72%,这源于细晶强化、位错强化以及析出强化的综合作用。同时,随着变形量的增加,钢的应变硬化能力也得到了提高。The effects of different deformation in thermo-mechanical controlled processing(TMCP)combined the solid solution at 1050℃with hot rolling on the microstructure and mechanical properties of Fe-25Mn-8Al-5Ni-1.2C low-density steels aged at 450℃were studied by OM,SEM,TEM characterization and other experimental methods.The results show that after TMCP with different rolling reductions and aging,all the tested steels show single-phase austenite grains.With the deformation increasing from 20%to 60%,the grains are refined effectively and the average grain size decreases from 75μm to 14μm,the precipitation and size of B2 increase;the number of the relatively largeκcarbides are reduced while the smaller are increased,and its distribution gradually became homogenized.Compared with the undeformed aged steel,the yield strength of the aged steels after TMCP increases by 45%-72%due to the combination of grain refinement strengthening,dislocation strengthening and precipitation strengthening.Meanwhile,the strain hardening ability is improved with the deformation increasing.
