摘 要:预制管桩因承载力高、施工速度快等优点,在房建等工程基础中得到广泛应用,然而在公路桥梁中应用较少,此阻碍其进一步发展。因此,结合福建省某近海公路桥梁预制管桩应用的工程实例,从桩基础选型、设计、承载力及施工要点分析等进行探讨。结果表明,预制管桩相对于灌注桩,在承载力、经济性及施工等方面更具有优越性;近海环境下可考虑加大保护层厚度、改进桩身材料、采用免蒸养工艺、优化桩间连接等措施改善管桩耐久性;提出的植桩工法单桩竖向承载力计算方法是可行的,且计算结果富余较大。Due to the advantages of high bearing capacity and fast construction speed,prefabricated pile piles is widely used in housing construction and other engineering foundations.However,it is rarely used in road bridges,which hinders its further development.Therefore,combined with the engineering example of the application of precast tubular pile in offshore highway bridge in Fujian Province,the selection,design,bearing capacity and construction points of the pile foundation were discussed.The results are as follows.Firstly,compared with cast-in-place piles,precast tubular pile has more advantages in bearing capacity,economy and construction.Secondly,in the offshore environment,measures such as increasing the thickness of the protective layer,improving the pile material,adopting the non-steam curing process,and optimizing the connection between piles can be considered to improve the durability of pipe piles.Thirdly,the calculation method of vertical bearing capacity of a single pile by proposed the planting method is feasible,and the calculation result is surplus.
