摘　　要：医院运营管理工作面临诸多复杂因素。为保障医院网络信息安全,围绕网络信息技术安全问题进行分析,探讨医院在应用网络信息技术时面临的不安全因素,介绍网络信息安全形势和各不安全因素的具体影响,引导管理人员深入了解网络信息安全形势,强化安全管理观念。同时,以解决现实问题作为管理思路,围绕不安全因素针对性提出具体的应对措施,营造安全网络环境,加快医院信息化建设。Hospital operation and management work faces many complex factors.In order to ensure the security of hospital network information,this article analyzes the security issues of network information technology,explores the insecurity factors that hospitals face when applying network information technology,introduces the situation of network information security and the specific influence of the insecurity factors.It guides management personnel to deeply understand the situation of network information security and strengthen the concept of security management.Taking solving practical problems as a management approach,specific response measures are proposed around unsafe factors.Intended to create a secure network environment and accelerate hospital information construction.
