摘  要:基于外科临床医生根据其穿刺经验总结提出的需求以及腰椎穿刺手术中体位固定方式的需要,设计了一种腰椎穿刺患者体位维持系统。该装置锁紧部分为一个气动闭环控制系统,STC89C52RC单片机为控制核心,基于XGZP6847A气体传感器连续动态监测气动回路中的压力,并通过电磁阀组和气泵对压力进行调整。与现有辅助固定装置比较,该装置在使用时调整方法简单,适用于不同阶段患者,且气动锁紧和放松过程响应速度快,能够减少腰椎穿刺患者因手术体位不当而引发的一系列术后并发症。Based on the requirements of surgeons based on their experience of puncture and the needs of postural fixation during lumbar puncture surgery,a postural maintenance system for lumbar puncture patients was designed.The locking part of the device is a pneumatic closed loop control system,STC89C52RC single chip microcomputer as the control core,based on XGZP6847A gas sensor to continuously monitor the pressure in the pneumatic loop,and through the solenoid valve group and air pump to adjust the pressure.Compared with the existing auxiliary fixation devices,this device has a simple adjustment method during use,is suitable for patients at different stages,and has a fast response during pneumatic locking and relaxation,which can reduce a series of postoperative complications caused by improper surgical position in patients with lumbar puncture.
