摘 要:微型压电气泵具有有阀和无阀两种结构,相较于有阀压电气泵,无阀压电气泵结构较为简单且易于微型化,但大多是以流阻差为原理,因此依然存在工作效率低、气流脉动大且气体泵送量小等缺点。针对现存在的技术问题、提高压电气泵的输出性能,基于合成射流原理设计了一种合成射流式压电气泵,通过理论和仿真分析得到内部流体工作时的流场分布情况,并通过实验探究了泵的结构参数、频率以及电压对流量的影响规律。结果表明,当泵在峰峰值为100 V、频率为6.075 kHz的正弦信号激励下,最佳结构参数下泵的输出流量最大可达329 mL/min。与其他压电气泵相比,该泵具有更小的体积,更高的工作频率和更稳定的流量输出。The micro piezoelectric gas pump has two kinds of structure with valve and valveless.Compared with the valved piezoelectric gas pump,the valveless piezoelectric gas pump has a simpler structure,and is easy to be miniaturized.However,most of them are based on the principle of flow resistance difference,so there are still shortcomings such as low work efficiency,large airflow pulsation and small gas pumping volume.Aiming at the existing technical problems and improving the output performance of the piezoelectric air pump,this study designed a synthetic jet piezoelectric air pump based on the principle of synthetic jet.The flow field distribution of the internal fluid was obtained through theoretical and simulation analysis.The influence of the three factors of the pump's structural parameters,frequency and voltage on the flow rate was explored through experiments.The results show that the maximum output flow rate of the pump can reach 329 mL/min under the optimal structural parameters when the pump is excited by a sinusoidal signal with peak-peak value of 100 V and frequency of 6.075 kHz.Compared with other piezoelectric gas pumps,the pump has smaller volume,higher operating frequency and more stable flow output.
