摘　　要：习近平法治思想是马克思主义中国化的飞跃,其中也包含了深邃的法学方法论,是解决法治领域一切困难与障碍的理论工具。其从马克思主客同一的辩证思维中汲取了法治运行的精准思路;从人民主权的历史唯物主义法学中凝练了法治实践的价值取向;从列宁苏维埃的法制探索中坚定了党对法治的全面领导,为法治道路和法治模式提供了方略,既包含方法层面的辩证思维,也蕴含价值层面的法治原则,还彰显本质层面的法律哲学与政治定力,是新时代中国的马克思主义法学方法论。Xi Jinping's methodology on thoughts of rule of law is a leap forward in the sinicization of Marxism,which also contains profound legal methodology,and is a theoretical tool to solve all difficulties and obstacles in the field of rule of law.He has learned the precise thinking of the rule of law from Marx's dialectical thinking of the unity of subject and object.He has condensed the value orientation of the practice of rule of law from the historical materialism of the people's sovereignty.He has strengthened the Party's overall leadership over the rule of law from Lenin Soviet's legal exploration and provided a general plan for the road and mode of rule of law.Xi Jinping's methodology on thoughts of rule of law is not only full of dialectical thinking at the methodological level,but also contains the rule of law principles at the value level and demonstrates the legal philosophy and political determination at the essential level.It is the Marxist legal methodology of China in the new era.
