摘　　要：在马克思主义中国化时代化的进程中,习近平总书记将马克思主义方法论与中国实践相结合,形成了包括战略思维、历史思维、辩证思维、系统思维、创新思维、法治思维、底线思维在内的,具有时代内涵、中国特色、实践价值的完整科学思想方法体系,是新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要原创性方法论贡献。“七大思维”的形成过程与习近平法治思想的形成过程密不可分,是习近平法治思想的重要组成部分。“七大思维”在习近平法治思想中得到了充分地运用并进行了极大的创新,为习近平法治思想的体系性、完整性与科学性奠定了方法论基础。深刻领悟习近平法治思想中所蕴涵的科学思想方法,有助于我们完整、准确领会习近平法治思想的核心要义与理论特质,有助于我们更好地践行习近平法治思想,在法治轨道上全面建设社会主义现代化国家。In the process of adapting Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of our times,Xi Jinping,general secretary of the CPC Central Committee,creatively combined Marxist methodology with Chinese practice,forming a complete scientific thinking and methodology system that includes strategic thinking,historical thinking,dialectical thinking,systematic thinking,innovative thinking,rule of law thinking,and bottom line thinking,with contemporary connotations,Chinese characteristics,and practical value,which can be collectively referred to as the"Seven Thinkings".The"Seven Thinkings"are important original methodological contributions in Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era.The formation process of the"Seven Thinkings"is closely related to the formation process of Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law.The"Seven Thinkings"are an important component of Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law,and have been fully utilized and greatly innovated in it,laying a methodological foundation for the systematic,complete,and scientific nature of Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law.A profound understanding of the scientific thinking methods contained in Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law can help us fully and accurately understand the core essence and theoretical characteristics of it,and help us better practice it and comprehensively build a socialist modern country on the rule of law track.
