摘　　要：针对种类繁多的食用调料品逐渐走进普通家庭,为了有效支持厨房精细化管理和标准化调制饮食,方便厨师及家庭掌厨人群使用食品调料,设计制作一款适合厨房使用的智能调料盒,系统采用STM32嵌入式控制核心,结合数据采集和称重装置,运用检测与转换技术、嵌入式技术、信息处理技术综合一体,解决日常厨房调料品取用方便及精确取料用量问题,分析及记录食用调料用量数据,为群众饮食健康服务。实践证明,智能调料盒能方便实现取料和用量精准,是现实生活中必不可少的厨房工具,是普通家庭、餐饮行业、健康食疗等地方厨房用品的小帮手,有助于保持整洁干净厨房环境,在食用调料领域具有十分广泛的应用前景。A wide variety of edible spices gradually enter the ordinary families,in order to effectively support the kitchen of fine management standardization modulation diet,convenient application food seasoning cook and family cooking at the crowd,we design a intelligent seasoning box,which is suitable to the kitchen.The box uses STM32 as the control core,combines with data acquisition and weighing device,it integrates detection and conversion technology,embedded technology,information processing technology,to solve the daily kitchen seasoning.It can analyzes and records edible seasoning consumption data for the public health service.Practice has proved that intelligent seasoning box can facilitate the realization of material taking and accurate dosage,is an essential kitchen tool in real life,is a small helper of kitchen supplies in ordinary families,catering industry,health food therapy and other places.It helps to keep a clean kitchen environment,has a very wide application prospect in the field of edible seasoning.
