从经济学范式变革视角深刻理解新型工业化内涵

摘　　要：新型工业化是比传统工业化更为复杂的系统性经济社会过程,涉及各种复杂现象和问题。中国实行改革开放,从计划经济转变为市场经济,别无选择地接受了现代主流经济学“微观一宏观”范式,借此形成了观察和理解中国市场经济的经济学范式构架。中国经济学界对工业化的理解,是一个从接受史观范式的“政治经济学”,到借鉴“微观一宏观”范式的“微观经济学”和“宏观经济学”,再到探索建立中国特色社会主义经济学的过程。新型工业化比传统工业化更具有全球化的趋向,而经济全球化正在以新的形态展现于各国工业化的新时代。经济学对工业化的理解相应地从传统的机械观隐喻,转向生态观隐喻,多样且各具特色的各国经济社会形态间是沟通和相互协调共存的。工业化在各国广泛推进,经济规模日益扩大,分工与合作愈加紧密,形成人类命运共同体的世界。这就是新型工业化的人类文明内涵。The new industrialization is a more complicated systematic economic and social process than the traditional industrialization,involving various complicated phenomena and issues.By implementing reform and opening up,China has been changed from a planned economy to a market economy,has no choice but to accept the"micro-macro"paradigm of modern mainstream economics,thus forming an economic paradigm framework for observing and understanding the market economy of China.The Chinese economists'understanding of industrialization is a process from accepting the"political economy"with the historical paradigm to referencing the"microeconomics"and"macroeconomics"with the"micro-macro"paradigm,and then exploring the establishment of economics of Socialism with Chinese characteristics.The new industrialization has a more global trend than the traditional industrialization,and the economic globalization is presenting itself in the new era of industrialization in various countries with new forms.Accordingly,the understanding of industrialization in economics has changed from the traditional mechanical metaphor to the ecological metaphor,the diverse and distinctive economic and social forms of various countries are communicating,coordinating and coexisting with each other.The industrialization is widely promoted in various countries,the economic scale is increasingly expanding,and the division of labor and cooperation is getting closer,forming a world with a Community with Shared Future for Mankind.This is the connotation of human civilization of the new industrialization.
