服务新型工业化的高等学校改革与实践

摘　　要：新型工业化是新一代科技革命与新发展理念深度融合的工业生态,是以中国式现代化全面推进强国建设、民族复兴伟业的关键路径。然而,科技创新动力不足,可持续发展能力仍待提高,人力资源优势尚未充分发挥,是我国新型工业化面临的主要问题。为此,函需推进高等学校创新人才培养体系改革,加快建设创新高地,赋能现代工业化体系建设。梳理了新型工业化下高等学校改革的发展现状后,基于传统和新型工业化下高校定位变化的对比分析,从人才培养模式、科学研究导向、社会服务目标和师资队伍建设四个方面提出构建面向新型工业化的高等学校发展NWPU模型,即人才培养模式网络化(Network),科学研究导向广泛化(Wide-range),社会服务增值化(Proliferation)和师资队伍联合化(Union)。这一模型体系对新型工业化下高等学校改革与实践具有理论参考价值。New industrialization is an industrial ecology with the deep integration of the new-generation scientific and technological revolution and the new development philosophy.It is a key approach to comprehensively promote the construction of a strong country and national rejuvenation with Chinese modernization.However,the lack of incentive for scientific and technological innovation,the low-capability of sustainable development,and the under-utilization of human resources are the main problems prohibit advancing the China's new industrialization.Therefore,it is urgent to promote the reform of the cultivation programs of innovational talents in Chinese universities,accelerate the construction of innovation highlands,and empower the construction of modernized industrial system.The status of the development of Chinese universities under the new industrialization was comprehensively summarized.Based on the comparative analysis of the changes in the positioning of universities under the traditional vs.new industrialization,the NWPU model for the reform of universities to cope with the needs of the new industrialization from the following four aspects:personnel training mode,scientific research orientation,social service objectives,and faculty construction,was proposed to construct.The NwPU model specify the four aspects including the Network of talent training mode,the Wide-range of scientific research orientation,the Proliferation of social services and the Union of professors.This model has theoretical value for the reform and practice of Chinese universities in serving the needs of the new industrialization.
