中药沙棘的心血管药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：沙棘作为传统的民族用药,是一味历史悠久的中药,其应用领域广泛。现代诸多医学研究发现,沙棘富含多种对人体有益的营养物质,诸如沙棘黄酮、维生素、氨基酸、矿物质、不饱和脂肪酸、微量元素等,在医疗、保健等方面均能够发挥很好的疗效,从而在现代被广泛应用于食品、药品以及化妆护肤等各个领域。沙棘的应用部位最常见的以其果实为主,其枝叶、根皮的药用价值也在逐渐被开发利用。沙棘的药用价值涵盖诸多领域,在中医方面,它能够起到清热解毒、活血疏通、益气养血等作用。在药理研究方面,如用于治疗呼吸系统疾病中,沙棘能够止咳化痰、预防感冒、增强机体免疫力和抵抗力;用于治疗消化系统疾病时,沙棘能够治疗脾胃虚弱等引起的肠胃疾病;用于治疗心脑血管疾病时,沙棘具有软化、保护血管,预防血栓形成等功效。此外,沙棘在保护肾脏、肝脏以及抗肿瘤、治疗妇科疾病等方面都能发挥相应的作用。文章主要探讨沙棘在心血管疾病方面的运用,从抗心肌缺血、减轻心肌缺血再灌注损伤、减轻药物诱导的心脏毒性、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗血小板活性和治疗心脏代谢性疾病等方面揭示其在心血管方面的药理作用,并总结其古今运用。As a traditional national medicine,Shaji(Fructus Hippophae)is a Chinese medicinal material with a long history,which is applied widely.Many modern medical studies have found that Shaji is rich in a variety of nutrients that are beneficial to the human body,such as sea buckthorn flavonoids,vitamins,amino acids,minerals,unsaturated fat acids and trace elements,A which can play a very good role in medical treatment,health care and other aspects,so that it is widely used in food,medicine,cosmetics and skin care and other fields in modern times.The main application sites of Shaji is its fruit,and the medicinal value of its branches,leaves,and root bark is gradually being developed and applied.The medicinal value of Shaji covers many fields.In traditional Chinese medicine,Shaji can play the role of clearing heat and detoxifying,promoting blood circulation,and nourishing Qi(气)and blood.In terms of pharmacological research,such as in the treatment of respiratory diseases,Shaji can relieve cough and phlegm,prevent colds,and enhance the body’s immunity and resistance,in the treatment of digestive system diseases,Shaji can treat gastrointestinal diseases caused by spleen and stomach weakness,in the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,Shaji has the effects of softening,protecting blood vessels,preventing thrombosis and so on.In addition,Shaji can play a corresponding role in protecting the kidneys and liver,as well as anti-tumor and treating gynecological diseases.In this paper,the application of Shaji in treating cardiovascular diseases is revealed mainly,its pharmacological effects on anti-myocardial ischemia,alleviating myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury,alleviating drug-induced cardiotoxicity,anti-arteriosclerosis,antiplatelet activity and treating cardiac metabolic diseases were revealed,and its ancient and modern applications were summarized.
