摘　　要：目的:为中药白木通果实预知子的鉴别提供依据。方法:通过体视显微镜及数码相机观察预知子的正面观、侧面观、剖面观及粉末显微特征。结果:分别从正面、侧面、底面、顶面、表面描述了预知子的性状特征;从纵剖面、横剖面记录了预知子的剖面特征;并对预知子的显微特征进行翔实描述。结论:研究结果明确了预知子的性状和显微特征,对预知子的鉴别有借鉴意义。Objective:To provide the basis for the identification of Akebia quinata(Thunb.)Decne.Methods:The front view,side view,section view and powder microscopic characteristics of the precursors were observed with a microscope and a digital camera.Results:The characters of Akebia Trifoliata Varaustralis were described from front,side,bottom,top and surface.The profiles of Akebia quinata(Thunb.)Decne are described from longitudinal profile and transverse profile respectively.The cross-sectional characteristics of the Akebia quinata(Thunb.)Decne fruit and seeds are described.The powder characteristics of Akebia quinata(Thunb.)Decne are described.Conclusion:This study clarified the characters and microscopic characteristics of the Akebia quinata(Thunb.)Decne,which is of great significance for the identification of the Akebia quinata(Thunb.)Decne.
