摘　　要：高血压是导致心脑血管疾病的一个主要危险因素,具有发病率高的特点。难治性高血压是一种特殊类型的高血压,相较于普通的原发性高血压,难治性高血压对靶器官(心、脑、肾)损害更严重,更易导致心力衰竭、心肌梗死、肾脏衰竭、脑卒中的发病,而且预后更差。目前临床上主要采用常规降压药来治疗,易产生耐药性及各种副作用和不良反应,影响疗效。中医治疗方面,可采取多种方法降压,如中药、针灸、足浴、穴位贴敷、埋线等中医特色疗法,还可多种疗法联合,更易稳定血压,减少对靶器官的损害,改善患者生活质量。因中医治疗的诸多优势,目前采用中医治疗难治性高血压的比例越来越高,临床研究取得了不少成果。对中医治疗难治性高血压的研究进展进行综述。Hypertension is one of the main risk factors of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Resistant hypertension is a special type of hypertension.Compared with common essential hypertension,resistant hypertension damages target organs(heart,brain and kidney)more severely,more likely to increase the incidence of heart failure,myocardial infarction,kidney failure and stroke,and has a worse prognosis.Nowadays,the main clinical treatment relies on conventional anti-hypertensive drugs,which are highly susceptible to drug resistance and various side effects and adverse reactions,resulting in poor efficacy,New anti-hypertensive drugs are also being introduced constantly.In terms of traditional Chinese medicine,a variety of methods can be adopted to lower blood pressure,such as traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture,foot bath,acupuncture point application,buried thread and other traditional Chinese medicine characteristic therapies,a variety of therapies can be combined to stabilize blood pressure,reduce damage to target organs,improve quality of life.At present,the proportion of treating resistant hypertension with TCM is increasing.Nowadays,the research work of treating resistant hypertension with TCM is also being carried out,and certain progress has been made.
