苗药痛经精油、加热贴对原发性痛经模型大鼠PGF_(2a)、PGE_(2)的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:研究苗药痛经精油、加热贴对原发性痛经(Primary dysmenorrhea,PD)模型大鼠血清及子宫匀浆中前列腺素(包括PGE_(2)、PGF_(2a))表达的影响。方法:采用苯甲酸雌二醇联合缩宫素(OT)建立PD模型大鼠,观察苗药痛经精油、加热贴对痛经大鼠扭体潜伏期和扭体次数的影响;选用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测痛经大鼠血清及子宫匀浆中PGE_(2)、PGF_(2a)的浓度变化;应用SPSS 26.0数据分析软件进行数据统计分析。结果:苗药痛经精油、加热贴可延长痛经大鼠的扭体潜伏时间,减少扭体次数,并能影响痛经大鼠血清及子宫匀浆中PGE_(2)、PGF_(2a)的浓度,与各自所对应的组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:苗药痛经精油、加热贴治疗痛经大鼠疼痛的内分泌机制可能与升高血清及子宫组织中PGE_(2)浓度、降低血清及子宫组织中PGF_(2a)浓度有关。Objective:To study the effects of Hmong dysmenorrhea essential oil and heating patch on the expression of prostaglandins(including PGE_(2) and PGF_(2a))in the serum and uterine homogenate of primary dysmenorrhea(PD)model rats.Methods:Estradiol benzoate combined with oxytocin(OT)was used to establish a primary dysmenorrhea rat model,and the effects of Miao medicine dysmenorrhea essential oil and heating patch on the latency of writhing and the number of writhing in dysmenorrhea rats were observed;the concentrations of PGE_(2) and PGF_(2a) in serum and uterine homogenate of dysmenorrhea rats were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and SPSS 26.0 data analysis software was applied.Results:The Miao herbal dysmenorrhea essential oil and heating patch could prolong the latency time of writhing and reduce the number of writhing in dysmenorrheic rats,and could affect the concentrations of PGE_(2) and PGF_(2a) in serum and uterine homogenate of dysmenorrheic rats,and the differences were statistically significant when compared with the respective groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion:The endocrine mechanism of the treatment of pain in dysmenorrheic rats with Hmong dysmenorrhea essential oil and heating patch may be related to the elevation of PGE_(2) in serum and uterine tissues and the decrease of PGF_(2a) concentration in serum and uterine tissues.
