摘 要:目的:对藏药美丽乌头进行系统考证,同时测定该药所含乌头类生物碱的含量。方法:查阅历代本草、藏医药典籍和现代文献资料,对藏药美丽乌头进行系统考证。应用HPLC检测方法,对美丽乌头中乌头碱、次乌头碱、新乌头碱、去甲乌头碱的含量进行测定,同时测定诃子炮制美丽乌头前后去甲乌头碱的含量。结果:在美丽乌头中未检测到毒性较大的乌头碱、次乌头碱、新乌头碱的成分,有少量的去甲乌头碱。经过加诃子粉末炮制后,美丽乌头的去甲乌头碱成分含量明显降低。结论:美丽乌头是乌头属中的无毒性药材,证实了藏药传统理论记载的无毒性药材的可信性,通过加诃子粉末前后的测定结果,充分说明了藏药配伍具有一定的科学性。Objective:To conduct systematic research on Tibetan herb Aconitum pulchellum and determine the content of aconitum alkaloids.Methods:Conducting herbal textual research on the Tibetan herb Aconitum pulchellum by referring to ancient herbs,medical books and modern literature.Determined the contents of aconitine,subaconitine,neoaconitine and noraconitine by HPLC.At the same time,processing Aconitum pulchellum by adding“Chebule”were compared respectively.Results:No toxic aconitine,subaconitine and neoaconitine were detected in the aconitine,but a small amount of noraconitine was detected.Conclusion:Aconitum pulchellum can be summarized as non-toxic medicinal materials,which demonstrates the reliability of non-toxic medicinal materials recorded in the traditional theory of Tibetan medicine,and the results of observation before and after adding chebule powder fully demonstrate the scientific law of Tibetan medicine compatibility.
