摘　　要：目的:藏医学中酒的药用历史较为悠久,但目前在藏医药临床中酒的治疗实践较少,应加强对藏医药临床中酒的应用开发。方法:以青海省藏医药研究院搜集整理的1060余种藏医药古籍文献作为研究对象,按年份收集与整理关于酒或药酒的分类、酿制工艺、方剂、功效等。结果:藏医药古籍文献中酒按照酿造原料、酿制周期、酒精度、功效进行了分类,以酿制法、发酵法、冷浸法进行酿制,酒治疗的优势病种包括“隆”型、黄水、妇科及老年病等。结论:藏医学中酒的应用广泛,主要应用于日常保健、疾病治疗、引导药效三大方面,鉴于酒或藏医药酒具有制备简单、治疗范围广等优点,应进一步挖掘藏医药古籍中酒在养生、治未病及临床方面的应用价值。Objective:The medicinal use of wine in Tibetan medicine has a long history,but the proportion of wine treatment in clinical practice is very small at present,so as to promote the further application of wine in clinical practice.Methods:More than 1060 kinds of ancient Tibetan medicine books and documents collected and sorted by Qinghai Institute of Tibetan Medicine were used as research objects to collect and sort out the classification,brewing process,prescription and efficacy of wine or medicinal wine by year.Results:The classification of wine by brewing raw materials,brewing cycle,alcohol degree and efficacy,brewing process by brewing method,fermentation method and cold soaking method,treatment of dominant diseases such as“long”type,yellow water,gynecology and senility in ancient Tibetan medicine literature are described in detail.Conclusion:Wine is widely used in Tibetan medicine,which is mainly used in the three aspects of daily health care,disease treatment and drug efficacy guidance,and because wine or Tibetan medicine wine has the characteristics of simple preparation and wide treatment range,it is necessary to further explore the value of wine in ancient books of Tibetan medicine in health preservation,treatment of disease and clinical application.
