从《格致余论》探析糖尿病肝胃郁热证的治疗

摘　　要：《格致余论》中所阐述的相火论以及阴阳理论,是中医学体系中的重要组成部分。丹溪将相火阴阳与理学紧密结合,在相火论上再进行阐发,并提出“阳常有余,阴常不足”等理论。将相火与阴阳理论作为研究基础,探讨2型糖尿病肝胃郁热证的病机及治则治法,认为气妄火甚、相火燔灼、热怫肝胃为2型糖尿病肝胃郁热证的核心病机;“阳常有余,阴或不足”为该病的阴阳征象趋势,故治疗当安躁动之相火,以求静而守位;并总结归纳出恬淡虚无、相火安位、疏解清泄、平衡肝气的核心治法,为方剂学配伍理论研究提供了新的思路。The theory of fire and Yin and Yang expounded in Further Treatises on the Properties of Things is an important part of the traditional Chinese medicine system.Zhu Danxi closely combined the theory of fire and Yin,further expounded the theory of fire and put forward the theory of“Yang is always more than,Yin is often insufficient”.On the basis of the theory of phase fire and Yin and Yang,the pathogenesis and treatment of liver-stomach heat stagnation syndrome in type 2 diabetes were discussed.It was concluded that the key pathogenesis of liver-stomach heat stagnation syndrome in type 2 diabetes is that qi is very hot,and that the burning of liver-stomach in the phase fire is burning,and that the heat of liver-stomach stagnation syndrome in type 2 diabetes is hot.“Yang is often more than Yin,Yin or insufficient”is the trend of Yin and Yang signs of the disease,so the treatment should be the phase of fire,in order to calm and defend the position;And summarize the core treatment methods of calm and void,fire and position,clearing and discharging,and balancing liver and qi,in order to provide a new idea for the theoretical research on the compatibility of prescriptions.
