基于角色转变与服务延伸探析供需双向机制下的中医药国际教育新模式

摘　　要：中医国际教育是中医药文化传播与国际化发展的重要组成部分之一。顺应后疫情时代的变化,建设符合境内外供需关系的服务内容,延伸中医药国际教育的服务领域,架构以国际教育为枢纽的教育、产业、文化以及贸易等多领域的协同发展,是未来中医国际教育在中医药国际化进程中的角色转变,也是新时期中医药国际教育模式的新探索。以供需双向机制引导中医药国际教育,以“走出去”和“引进来”双向发展为目的,以教育资源和信息交互为枢纽,能够同时服务于中医药海外传播和国内产业、贸易发展,以“双引擎”动力助力中医药国际化发展。The International education of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is one of the important components of the dissemination and internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine culture.In order to adapt to the changes of the post-epidemic era,according to the supply-demand relationship,to construct the new service system of international education is in need.By the pivotal role of TCM education,It is benefit both abroad and domestic.There is the requirement to replace the singe function of TCM education with the multiple roles by the supply and demand relationship,and extend the service field of international education of TCM so that build the synergetic development among multiple aspects in industry,education and research to form the new cooperation system.It is important that the transformation of the role of international education of traditional Chinese medicine in the process of internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine in the future,as well as a new exploration of the international education model of traditional Chinese medicine in the new era.Based on the supply and demand relationship,the new mode of the international education of TCM aims to the double side development of export-import by the multiple roles in the aspects of industry,culture,education,etc.As the pivot,the international education of TCM acts as the center of radiation and communication.This will conduct as the twin engine to support the development of internationalization of TCM to serve the overseas dissemination of traditional Chinese medicine,culture and the development of domestic industry and trade.
