摘 要:“真人”是中华上古健康文明和“为己之学”的创立者,原属“医家”,后成“道家”与“道教”之概念。“真人”也是中医“治未病”的典范,其精神和行为方式不仅值得今人学习和借鉴,而且有助于“礼乐文明”的溯源研究,从中可见上古健康文明与“礼乐文明”之间的传承发展关系。从上古健康文明的视域研究和分析“礼乐文明”与诸子百家,可有助于形成中国传统文化发展的新格局,并为建设“新礼乐文明”贡献创造性的思路。健康中国的建设过程应当是“新礼乐文明”的创造过程,真正实现“自己是健康第一责任人”的目标需要“为己之学”的新教化。The‘real person’was a concept of medicine school originally,and became gradually a Taoism one.Real persons had created the health civilization of ancient times in China,and so the‘learning for oneself’.Furthermore,they were also virtually the model of preventive treatment for disease in traditional Chinese medicine,people living in modern society can not only learn more from their spirit and behavior,and also find out the relationship of inheriting and developing between health civilization of ancient times and‘civilization of rites and music’,so can promote the research of tracing source of Chinese civilization.The view above is help to research on‘civilization of rites and music’and hundred schools of thought,form a new pattern of Chinese traditional culture development,and contribute a creative way of thinking to‘new civilization of rites and music’construction.The process of health China constructing will be the creating course of‘new civilization of rites and music’,and realizing the meaning of‘be the first person responsible for your own health’does need a new cultivating of‘learning for oneself’.
