摘　　要：中医药的应用贯穿于恶性肿瘤辨治的各个阶段,成效日益突显。为继承并发扬中医独到的原创优势,文章从古代中庸哲学思想与中医思维出发,钩沉“衡-和”思维之渊薮,围绕恶性肿瘤发病时机体内部稳态倾移与偏颇之特点,首倡以调衡致和为纲,求衡于动、时、势、气4个层面,致和于阴阳、形神、五脏、天人4个维度。总结凝练“衡-和”六法,由博返约,化简驭繁,为创建肿瘤辨治新体系提供形而上的思度与探索。The application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has been used in all stages of the treatment of malignant tumors,and its effectiveness is becoming more and more obvious.In order to inherit and carry forward the unique and original advantages of TCM,this paper starts from the ancient Zhongyong philosophy and TCM thinking,tracing the origin of‘balance and harmony’thinking,focusing on the characteristics of the internal homeostatic bias of the body during the onset of malignant tumors.This paper advocates the outline of regulating balance and achieving harmony,seeking balance in the four aspects:movement,time,situation and qi,and achieving harmony in the four dimensions:Yin and yang,shape and spirit,five organs,heaven and person.The six methods of‘balance and harmony’are summarized and condensed.In addition to making its meaning clear,it also provides metaphysical thinking and exploration for creating a new system of diagnosis and treatment of tumors.
