基于“心部于表”理论治疗黄褐斑经验

摘　　要：黄褐斑是临床常见的损美性疾病之一,虽有多种西医治疗手段,但疗效不佳,段渠教授基于“心部于表”理论从“心神-血脉-心阳-心液”4个维度强调了心神主宰、心血濡养、心阳温煦、心液润肤4个方面在黄褐斑治疗过程中的重要作用,治疗上将调心贯穿始终,亦平衡五脏;道术合一,以神养颜;调和营卫,驱邪外出。该理论与临床相结合取得良好的疗效,这既是对经典理论的传承与扩展,同时也为临床上治疗黄褐斑提供了新的思路。Melasma is one of the most clinically common beauty-damaging disorders.Despite multiple treatment options available in Western medicine,no satisfactory therapeutic effect has been obtained.Based on the‘heart governing the exterior’theory,professor DUAN Qu emphasizes the significance of utilizing the governing,nourishing,warming,and skinmoistening functions of the heart spirit,heart blood,heart yang,and heart fluids,respectively,in the treatment of melasma from the four perspectives of‘heart spirit-blood vessels-heart yang-heart fluids’.The regulation of the heart is effected with the balance among the five zang-organs simultaneously maintained throughout the whole process of treatment,where facial appearance is nourished through mental activities with medicinals and formulas under the guidance of man-nature unity,as well as the Yingnutrients and Wei-defence are regulated and harmonized to expel pathogens.By combining the theory with clinical practice,favorable therapeutic effects have been obtained,which not only represents the inheritance and expansion of classical theories,but has cast a new light on the clinical treatment of melasma.
