清热凉血类方治疗银屑病的研究进展

摘　　要：银屑病是一种慢性、免疫介导的、非传染性、疼痛、毁形、致残的炎症性皮肤病,常累及皮肤和关节,影响着全世界6 000多万成人和儿童,目前发病机制尚不明确,且无法根治,给患者带来了巨大的身心负担。中医认为银屑病血热证最为常见,临床研究已证实清热凉血类方剂治疗血热型银屑病的有效性和安全性,机制研究也证实清热凉血类方剂可通过多通路、多靶点,影响HaCaT细胞增殖分化、CD4+T淋巴细胞免疫功能、炎症反应、血管增生等,发挥治疗银屑病的作用。文章系统梳理清热凉血类方剂治疗银屑病的研究进展与成果,以期为中医药治疗银屑病的临床诊疗与研究提供支持。Psoriasis,which can involve the skin,nails and joints,is a chronic,painful,disfiguring and disabling noncommunicable disease for which there is no cure,affecting more than 60 million adults and children around the world.At present,the pathogenesis is not clear,bringing enormous physical and mental burden to patients.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that blood-heat syndrome is the most common in psoriasis,and clinical studies have confirmed the effectiveness and safety of heat-clearing and blood-cooling prescriptions in the treatment of psoriasis with blood-heat syndrome.Mechanism studies have also confirmed that heat-clearing and blood-cooling prescriptions can affect the proliferation and differentiation of HaCaT cells,immune function of CD4+T lymphocytes,inflammatory reaction and vascular hyperplasia through multiple pathways and targets in the treatment of psoriasis.This paper systematically reviewed the research progress and achievements of heat-clearing and blood-cooling prescriptions in the treatment of psoriasis,in order to provide support for the clinical treatment and research of psoriasis with traditional Chinese medicine.
