摘　　要：成瘾是一种慢性复发性脑病,针刺可以促进成瘾患者生理、心理功能的恢复,与目前可用的药物干预相比具有更大的治疗潜力,且无不良反应。针刺治疗成瘾性疾病已成为近年来戒毒领域的热点研究方向,但对其机制探索仍缺乏系统总结。因此笔者基于国内外研究,并结合所在团队在针刺治疗成瘾性疾病方向所做的系列研究工作,归纳总结针刺治疗阿片类药物成瘾的机制研究概况,对针刺治疗阿片类药物成瘾的作用机制进行综述。Addiction is a chronic recurrent encephalopathy.Acupuncture can promote the recovery of physiological and psychological functions in patients with addiction.Compared with currently available drug interventions,acupuncture has greater therapeutic potential without adverse side effects.Acupuncture treatment of addiction diseases has become a hot issue in the field of drug rehabilitation in recent years,but the exploration of its mechanism is still lack of systematic summary.Therefore,based on domestic and foreign studies and combined with a series of research work done by the authors’team in the direction of acupuncture treatment of addiction diseases,the authors summarized the research overview of the mechanism of acupuncture treatment of opioid addiction,and reviewed the mechanism of acupuncture treatment of opioid addiction.
