摘　　要：痤疮是一种慢性炎症性皮肤表现,其影响因素复杂多样。《已使用化妆品原料目录(2021年版)》规定了祛痘植物原料在化妆品领域的可使用范围。基于此,笔者从痤疮发生机制入手,详细阐述痤疮相关生物学变化;在调研文献资料的基础上,对未收录其中的10种祛痘功效植物成分的作用机制进行了更新和综述;最后,对2002年至2022年已授权祛痘相关专利进行分析,探索祛痘产品的研究现状和发展趋势,为祛痘类产品的研发提供新思路。Acne is a chronic inflammatory skin manifestation,and its influencing factors are complex and diverse.The Catalogue of Used Cosmetic Raw Materials(2021 Edition)specifies the applicable range of anti acne plant raw materials in the field of cosmetics.Based on this,the authors elaborated the biological changes related to acne from the mechanism of acne;On the basis of literature research,the mechanism of action of 10 plant ingredients with acne removing efficacy was updated and summarized;Finally,analyze the authorized acne related patents from 2002 to 2022,explore the research status and development trend of acne products,and provide new ideas for the research and development of acne products.
