摘　　要：目的:探讨针灸临床医生和研究人员对解释性随机对照试验(ERCT)针刺方案充分性及其影响因素的认识。方法:选取四大医学杂志于2001年1月至2021年4月发表的12篇针刺随机对照试验(RCT)研究,采用焦点组访谈的方式进行半结构化访谈,运用主题分析法对访谈资料进行归纳分析。结果:将受访者提及的ERCT针刺方案充分性的影响因素归纳为研究基础、患者/疾病因素、治疗/对照组方案、结局指标、医师因素、环境因素6个主题。结论:本研究总结出ERCT针刺方案充分性的影响因素,这些影响因素有待更大范围内达成共识。Objective:To explore the opinion of acupuncture clinicians and researchers on the adequacy of acupuncture used in explanatory randomized controlled trial(ERCT)and its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 12 acupuncture randomized controlled trials(RCT)published in the four major medical journals from 2001 January to April 2021 were included.Focus group interviews were used to conduct semi-structured interview,and theme analysis was used to analyze the interview data.Results:The factors influencing the adequacy of acupuncture in ERCT mentioned by the experts were summarized into 6 subjects:research basis,patient/disease factor,treatment/control scheme,outcome,physician factor,setting factor.Conclusion:The factors influencing the adequacy of acupuncture used in ERCT are summarized,and these factors need to be widely agreed.
