易水学派著名医家罗天益“药误永鉴”学术思想探析

摘　　要：“药误永鉴”是罗天益的重要学术思想,贯穿于《卫生宝鉴》的始终,但研究者尚不多。笔者从罗天益“药误永鉴”学术思想的内涵、学术渊源、具体内容、对后世医家的影响4个方面对该学术思想进行系统深入的研究。罗天益遥承《黄帝内经》,深受张仲景影响,授受于其师李东垣,最终形成其独特的“药误永鉴”学术思想。“药误永鉴”学术思想的具体内容包括择医要慎重、反对无病服药、四诊要全面仔细、用药要准确、治病要求本5个方面。其中,治病求本,是其“药误永鉴”学术思想的核心。罗天益“药误永鉴”学术思想,内容丰富,博大精深,既有深厚的学术渊源,又对后世明清著名医家产生了广泛和深远的影响。该学术思想颇具特色和创新,对临床用药具有警示意义。‘Pharmaceutical mistakes admonitions’is an important academic thought of LUO Tianyi,which runs through the entirety of Weisheng Baojian,but there are not many researchers.The authors conducted a systematic and in-depth study of LUO Tianyi’s academic thought of‘pharmaceutical mistakes admonitions’from four aspects:connotation,academic origin,specific content,and influence on later generations of doctors.LUO Tianyi inherited the Huangdi Neijing,was deeply influenced by ZHANG Zhongjing,taught and received from his teacher LI Dongyuan,and finally formed his unique academic thought of‘pharmaceutical mistakes admonitions’.The specific content of the academic thought of‘pharmaceutical mistakes admonitions’includes five aspects:choosing a doctor cautiously,opposing taking medicine without disease,comprehensive and careful four diagnosis,accurate medication,and basic treatment requirements.Among them,seeking the root of disease is the core of his academic thought of‘pharmaceutical mistakes admonitions’.LUO Tianyi’s academic thought of‘pharmaceutical mistakes admonitions’is rich in content,with broad and extensive dimensions as well.It not only has a profound academic origin,but also has a wide and far-reaching influence on famous doctors in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.This academic thought is quite characteristic and innovative,and it has an important warning significance for clinical medication.
