摘　　要：类书中的涉医文献是我国古代医学文献的重要载体。隋唐以降,类书中“人”类目汇纂了丰富的涉医内容,但尚未得以深入研究,故加大对类书中涉医文献的挖掘与研究有其重要性和必要性。笔者从身形结构、胎产孕育、保健养老、精神调养、疾病防治等方面探讨“人”类目的涉医资料,既可勾勒我国古代医学不断深入和全面发展的样貌,还能根植于中华传统文化的知识体系,加深对医哲交融互通视域下的医学人文的观照,彰显形躯与精神一体两面的生命价值观。The medical literature in ancient encyclopaedia books is an important carrier of ancient medical literature in China.Since the Sui and Tang Dynasties,the‘human’categories of ancient encyclopaedia books have compiled rich medical related contents,but have not been deeply studied.Therefore,it is important and necessary to increase the excavation and research of medical related documents in ancient encyclopaedia books.This paper discusses from the aspects of body structure,pregnancy,health care and elderly care,mental recuperation,disease prevention and control,etc.It can not only outline the continuous indepth and all-round development of ancient Chinese medicine,but also be rooted in the knowledge system of Chinese traditional culture,deepen the observation of medical humanities from the perspective of the integration of medicine and philosophy,and highlight the life values of the integration of body and spirit.
