摘  要:引起慢性腰痛的原因之一是椎间盘退变,目前的治疗方法均存在一定的缺陷。近年来研究发现组织工程策略延缓椎间盘退变的方式可能解决根源问题,其方式主要集中于多种生物材料与细胞、药物和活性因子等有机结合植入退变的椎间盘来实现。现有大量实验证明其可行性及优越性,但此研究仍处于基础研究阶段。本文回顾总结了不同组织工程方式延缓椎间盘退变的研究进展并分析其问题及前景。One of the causes of chronic low back pain is intervertebral disc degeneration,and current treatments all have different shortcomings.In recent years,researchers have found that tissue engineering strategies to slow down disc degeneration may address the root cause of the problem,which mainly focuses on the implantation of a variety of biomaterials into degenerated discs with the organic combination of cells,drugs,active factors,etc.The feasibility and superiority of this approach have been demonstrated in many experiments.Many of existing experiments have proved its feasibility and superiority,but this research is still in the basic research stage.This paper reviews and summarizes the research progress of different tissue engineering methods to delay disc degeneration and analyzes their problems and prospects.
