摘　　要：校史记录了一所学校从创立之初到蓬勃发展,在教育理念、教学成果、科研成就、文化传统、社会贡献等方面的历史和发展过程。校史编撰是传承学校文化、实现学校内涵式发展、建设个性化高质量学校所必须进行的基础性工作。然而,中国当下的校史编撰工作仍然存在诸多问题,如何以正确的方法路径开展校史研究、正确认识校史与学校发展的关系、落实好校史文化遗产的保护传承,成为了校史编研工作的重要议题。在这样的背景下,“中国地方教育史志研究会学校史志分会2023年年会暨校史与学校发展研讨会”在济宁职业技术学院召开。会议旨在通过对校史的挖掘和研究,更好地认识学校的发展历程,为学校未来发展提供有力支撑。各与会专家从校史编撰的理论规范、校史与学校发展等方面进行了深入交流。本文将概括本次会议的主要内容,并简要阐述会议精神。School history records the history and development process of a school from its founding to vigorous development,in terms of educational ideas,teaching a-chievements,scientific research achievements,cultural traditions,social contributions and other aspects.The compilation of school history is a fundamental task that must be carried out to pass on the school culture,achieve the connotative development of the school and build a personalized high-quality school.However,there are still some prob-lems within its compilation in China,with some important issues like exploring correct ways to carry out the research of school history,understand the relationship between school history and school development,and implement the protection and inheritance of the cultural heritage of school history.In this context,the 2023 annual meeting of the school history branch of chinese association for local education history and annals and the seminar on school history and school development was held in Jining Polytechnic.The purpose of the conference is to make people better understand the development process of the school through the excavation and research of the school history,and provide strong support for the future development of the school.The participating experts had in-depth exchanges on the theoretical norms of school history compilation,school history and school development.This paper will summarize the main content of this conference and briefly explain the characteristics of the conference.
