摘  要:传统MR覆盖评估方法只能评估现网单系统网络的覆盖效果,无法评估频率重耕后的多频段网络覆盖效果,而且存在“幸存者偏差”问题,导致评估数据不完整。随着5G网络普及,4G网络频率重耕提上日程,需要探索有效方法提前评估并预测频率重耕后5G多频组网的覆盖效果。文章通过合并多频段多系统的MR数据进行网络覆盖还原,改进了传统MR覆盖评估方法中存在的不足,提升了网络覆盖评估的准确性,并能预测频率重耕后5G多频组网覆盖效果,支撑网络规划与建设。Traditional MR coverage assessment methods can only assess the coverage of existing single-RAT networks,but not the multi-band network coverage after frequency refarming,and there is a problem of survivor bias,which leads to incomplete assessment data.With the popularization of 5G networks,frequency refarming of 4G networks is on the agenda,and it is necessary to explore effective methods to evaluate and predict the coverage effect of 5G multi-band networks after frequency refarming in advance.In this paper,by merging the MR data of multi-frequency bands and multi-RAT for network coverage reproduction,we improve the deficiencies in the traditional MR coverage assessment method,enhance the accuracy of network coverage assessment,and can predict the coverage effect of 5G multi-frequency networking after frequency refarming,so as to support the network planning and construction.
