摘 要:面对少子老龄化对经济社会发展带来的压力,日本政府以数字经济促进劳动力就业,在如何实现数字经济赋能劳动力就业方面采取了一系列激励政策和措施。在回溯日本数字经济赋能劳动力就业逻辑机理的基础上,分析日本如何通过政策、人才和劳动力市场改革来释放数字经济赋能劳动力就业的潜能,同时剖析其取得的现实效果和存在的现实阻碍,可以为我国实现更加充分、更高质量的就业提供一定借鉴和启示。对此,在数字经济发展背景下,我国需进一步优化就业政策和激励保障机制,打造数字人才“新生态”,提高公共就业服务水平,更快地推动我国劳动力市场数字化变革。In the face of the pressure on economic and social development brought about by the aging pop-ulation,the Japanese government is promoting workforce employment with the digital economy.Japan has adopted a series of incentive policies and measures on how to realize digital economy-enabled workforce employment.On the basis of the logical mechanism of Japan's digital economy-empowered workforce em-ployment,we analyze how Japan releases the potential of digital economy-empowered workforce employ-ment through policy,talent and labor market reforms,and at the same time,analyze the actual effects and obstacles it has achieved,which can provide a certain reference and inspiration for our country to achieve fuller and higher-quality employment.Based on this,in the context of the development of the digital e-conomy,China should further optimize its employment policy and incentive guarantee mechanism,create a"new ecology"of digital talents,improve the level of public employment services,and accelerate the digital transformation of China's labor market.
