摘 要:为提高聚丙烯(PP)材料的抗菌防霉抗病毒性能,以PP粉料为原料,选取不同质量分数(0.04%~0.12%)的自制银系抗菌剂(Ag@Ti-SiO2),采用熔融挤出法,通过双螺杆挤出机和注塑工艺制备抗菌PP材料,考察了不同抗菌剂添加量对抗菌PP材料光学性能、力学性能、熔融结晶性能、微观形貌、老化性能及抗菌防霉抗病毒性能的影响。结果表明,自制抗菌剂在PP内分散良好,无明显大颗粒团聚现象;与未添加抗菌剂的PP样品相比,抗菌PP的光学性能、熔融结晶性能和韧性均未受到明显影响;当抗菌剂质量分数为0.1%时,不但可以在一定程度上增强抗菌PP的拉伸强度和抗老化性能,还可使抗菌PP具备较优异的抗菌性能和防霉性能,其对大肠杆菌抗菌率高达99.81%、抗菌性能值达2.73,防霉等级为0级;该材料针对流行性病毒(甲流病毒)方面也表现出较好的抗病毒性能,抗甲流H1N1病毒率达75.2%,抗病毒活性值为0.4。自制抗菌剂赋予了PP材料抗菌、防霉、抗病毒功能,为后续该抗菌PP材料在医用医疗、农业、食品包装制品的开发及工业化应用奠定实验基础。In order to improve the antibacterial,anti-mildew,and antiviral properties of polypropylene(PP)materials,PP powder and self-made silver-based antibacterial agent(Ag@Ti-SiO2)with different contents(0.04 wt%-0.12 wt%)were selected as raw materials.The antibacterial PP materials were prepared by melt extrusion method using a twin-screw extruder and injection molding process.The optical performances,mechanical properties,melting and crystalline properties,micro-morphology,aging property,antibacterial,anti-mildew and antiviral properties of the antibacterial PP materials with different addition amounts of antibacterial agent were investigated.The results show that the self-made antibacterial agent is well dispersed in PP and has no obvious agglomeration of large particles.Compared with PP samples without adding the antibacterial agent,the optical performances,melting and crystalline properties,and toughness of the antibacterial PP are not significantly affected.When the addition amount of the antibacterial agent is only 0.1 wt%,it can not only improve the tensile strength and anti-aging performance of the antibacterial PP to a certain extent,but also make the antibacterial PP has excellent antibacterial and anti-mildew properties.The antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli is as high as 99.81%,the antibacterial performance value is 2.73,and the anti-mildew grade is 0,not only that,the material also shows good antiviral performance against epidemic viruses(H1N1),with an antiviral rate of 75.2%and antiviral activity value of 0.4.The self-made antibacterial agent imparts antibacterial,anti-mildew and antiviral functions to PP material,thus laying an experimental foundation for the subsequent development and industrial application of the antibacterial PP material in medical,agricultural and food packaging products.
