摘 要:针对壁挂式空调出风口支架及类似塑件结构的注塑模具,设计了简易二次抽芯和斜顶加弹针的复合抽芯机构。通过对塑件结构形状的分析,发现该塑件沿长度方向分布的5条导风板转轴安装固定用加强筋(带开口槽)的脱模方向与塑件宽度方向的滑块运动方向垂直相交,而且加强筋相互间距很小,无足够空间设计传统复合抽芯机构实现脱模。为解决此问题,在塑件宽度方向受脱模空间限制的一级滑块内设计了5组由弹簧驱动的斜弹块抽芯机构,这5组机构借助一级滑块的开合模动作来实现与一级滑块运动方向垂直且相交方向上倒扣的脱模,塑件长度方向非对称分布加强筋上的倒扣脱模由斜顶加延时弹针组成的内部抽芯机构实现,这既满足了局部倒扣的脱模需求又确保了塑件在不粘斜顶的前提下顺利被顶出模具。该模具设计方案简化了传统二次抽芯机构(由液压缸及斜导柱分步驱动)的结构,解决了因结构复杂导致的模具加工周期长、模具尺寸及注塑机吨位变大、注塑成本上升等问题。经长期生产验证,模具成型的塑件合格、注塑过程稳定可靠,可为类似注塑产品及模具结构的开发提供参考。A simplified twice side core-pulling mechanism and a composite core-pulling mechanism that was consisted of lifter and spring-loaded ejector,which could apply to injection mould for molding the air outlet holder of wall-mounted air conditioner or similar structured plastic products.By analyzing the structural shape of the air outlet holder,it was found that the demoulding direction of the 5 reinforcing ribs(with open slots)for installing and fixing the axle of the air deflector distributed along the length direction of the plastic part intersected vertically with the slider movement direction in the width direction of the plastic part,moreover,the spacing between the reinforcing ribs was very small and there is not enough space to design a traditional composite core-pulling mechanism to achieve demoulding.To solve this problem,five sets of angle-ejected block core-pulling mechanisms driven by springs were designed in the first-step core-pulling slider limited by demoulding space in the width direction of the plastic part.Opening and closing movements of the first-step core-pulling slider were utilized by these five mechanisms for achieving the demoulding of undercuts vertically intersecting with the moving direction of the first-step core-pulling slider.For the direction of the plastic part length,the demoulding of the undercuts in asymmetrically distributed ribs were realized by internal core-pulling mechanism made up of lifter and delayed ejector pin.It not only meets the demoulding needs of local undercuts,but also ensures the plastic part is smoothly ejected from mould without sticking to the lifter.This mould design scheme simplifies the structure of the traditional twice core-pulling mechanism(driven by hydraulic cylinder and angle pin in steps),solving the problems such as long mould processing cycle,larger mould size and injection molding machine tonnage,and increased injection molding cost caused by complex structure.After long-term production verification,the qualified plastic parts can be obtained by t
