摘 要:回顾了近5年来国内外环氧树脂阻燃剂方面研究的最新进展,重点论述了金属阻燃剂、9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物阻燃剂、多面体低聚硅倍半氧烷阻燃剂、生物基阻燃剂等在环氧树脂中的阻燃性能与作用机理,同时也介绍了以上各阻燃剂对环氧树脂协同阻燃效果和机理。力学性能的平衡与改善是当前阻燃改性存在的热点,综述了环氧树脂通过改性提高阻燃性能并改善力学性能的研究现状,指出提升阻燃效率并提高阻燃剂在材料中的分散性,是改善环氧树脂力学性能的基础。最后对环氧树脂阻燃剂的不足之处与未来研究趋势进行展望。The most recent advancements in epoxy resin flame retardant research domestically and internationally over the previous five years were discussed,with a special focus on the characteristics and mechanisms of flame retardant for metal,9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide,polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane,biobased and other synergistic flame retardants in epoxy resin.The synergistic effects and mechanisms of the foregoing flame retardants in epoxy resins were further covered.Balance and improvement of mechanical properties are the hotspots of flame retardant modification at present.The current state of study on epoxy resin's ability to modify its mechanical and flame-retardant properties was outlined.It was pointed out that improving the material's ability to disperse flame-retardant and advancing flame-retardant efficiency served as the basis for improving epoxy resin's mechanical properties.Lastly,a summary of the flaws in epoxy resin flame retardancy and the directions for future research was summarized.
