摘 要:为充分利用海水资源,不断提高养殖经济效益和生态效益,开展中国对虾套养红鳍东方鲀、珍珠龙胆石斑鱼多营养层级综合养殖技术试验,放养中国对虾12万尾/hm^(2),分别放养规格230 g/尾的红鳍东方鲀490~667尾/hm^(2)、规格25 g/尾的珍珠龙胆石斑鱼851尾/hm^(2)、规格170 g/尾的珍珠龙胆石斑鱼612尾/hm^(2)和800尾/hm^(2),经过5个月的养殖,中国对虾套养红鳍东方鲀,中国对虾单产达3 040.5 kg/hm^(2),红鳍东方鲀单产达546.9 kg/hm^(2);中国对虾套养珍珠龙胆石斑鱼,套养规格170 g/尾珍珠龙胆石斑鱼苗的中国对虾单产达3 474 kg/hm^(2),苗种规格170 g/尾的龙胆石斑鱼单产308.8 kg/hm^(2),套养规格25 g/尾珍珠龙胆石斑鱼苗的中国对虾单产达3 562.5kg/hm^(2),苗种规格25 g/尾的珍珠龙胆石斑鱼单产达180.2 kg/hm^(2)。In order to make full use of seawater resources and continuously improve the economic and ecological benefits of aquaculture,the experiment of multi-trophic level comprehensive aquaculture of Penaeus chinensis intercropped with Takifugu rubripes or the hybrid grouper Epinephelus Lanceolatus♂×E.fuscoguttatus♀was carried out.P.chinensis was stocked at 120,000 ind./hm^(2).T.rubripes was stocked at 490~667 ind./hm^(2) with the size of 230 g/ind.,the hybrid grouper was stocked at 851 ind./hm^(2) with the size of 25 g/ind.,612 ind./hm^(2) and 800 ind./hm^(2) with the size of 170 g/ind.,respectively.After 5 months of culture,in the polyculture of P.chinensis and T.rubripes,the yield of P.chinensis and T.rubripes was 3040.5 kg/hm^(2) and 546.9 kg/hm^(2),respectively.In the polyculture of P.chinensis and the hybrid grouper,the yield of P.chinensis and the hybrid grouper was 3474 kg/hm^(2) and 308.8 kg/hm^(2),respectively with the stocking size of the hybrid grouper 170 g/ind.,the yield of P.chinensis and the hybrid grouper was 3562.5 kg/hm^(2) and 180.2 kg/hm^(2),respectively with the stocking size of the hybrid grouper 25 g/ind.
