摘  要:配电变压器运行可靠性评估,对实现主动运维,保障人民可靠优质用电,护航经济高质量发展具有重要意义。本文基于配电网日常监测手段和数据,提出了多特征量的配电变压器运行可靠性评估,首先,从电气量、环境量和状态量三个方面构建了配电变压器可靠性评估体系,给出了各指标的定义;其次,提出了主客观融合的指标权重计算方法,给出了各个指标的评分原则,设计了可靠性评估流程;最后,通过实际算例分析证明了本文指标体系及方法的可行性,有利于实现配电网变压器可靠监测和主动运维,对配电网变压器设备运行可靠性的提升具有重要价值。The reliability assessment of healthy operation of distribution transformers is of great significance for achieving active operation and maintenance,ensuring reliable and high-quality electricity consumption for the people,and safeguarding high-quality economic development.This article proposes a multi feature quantity reliability evaluation of distribution transformers based on daily monitoring methods and data of distribution networks.Firstly,a reliability evaluation system for distribution transformers is constructed from three aspects:electrical quantity,environmental quantity,and state quantity,and the definitions of each indicator are provided;Secondly,a method for calculating the weight of indicators based on the integration of subjective and objective factors was proposed,and the scoring principles for each indicator were given.A reliability evaluation process was designed;Finally,the feasibility of the indicator system and method proposed in this paper has been demonstrated through practical case analysis,which is beneficial for achieving health monitoring and active operation and maintenance of distribution network transformers,and has important value in improving the operational reliability of distribution network transformer equipment.
