摘　　要：新版GB 4706.19对不同结构的电压力锅考核内容发生了很大变化。新版标准要求电压力锅的过压保护装置必须满足更高的安全和质量要求,以保障用户的使用安全。本文分别对两种非弹性结构压力锅和两种弹性结构压力锅的工作原理进行了详细分析,并提出了如何应对新版标准的过压保护措施。The new version of GB 4706.19 has greatly changed the assessment contents of electric pressure cookers of different structures.The new version of the standard requires that the over-pressure protection device of electric pressure cookers must meet higher safety and quality requirements to ensure the safety of users.This paper analyzes in detail the working principles of two kinds of dynamic pressure cookers and two kinds of non-dynamic pressure cookers,and proposes how to deal with the over-pressure protection measures of the new version of the standard.
