乡村振兴背景下农村物流中心选址研究——以安徽阜阳为例

摘　　要：随着中央提出了全面推进乡村振兴的战略目标,农村物流中心选址成了农村物流发展必须要面对的问题。针对当前我国农村物流的发展较为缓慢,农村物流体系运作效率低下的问题,文章结合国家大政方针,在对国内外先进研究现状充分研究分析的基础上,以安徽阜阳为例对农村物流中心的选址问题进行研究。首先,用重心法从阜阳市各乡镇中筛选出4个备选方案;然后分析影响农村物流中心选址的主要因素,总结出自然环境、客户分布、交通条件、货物分布、政策因素5个评判要素指标;最后,构建层次分析法选址模型,实证得出农村物流中心的最佳选址方案。With the central government putting forward the strategic goal of comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,the location of rural logistics centers has become a problem that rural logistics development must face.In view of the slow development of China's rural logistics and the low efficiency of the rural logistics system,this paper,based on the national policy and the full research and analysis of the current situation at home and abroad,takes Fuyang,Anhui Province as an example to study the location of rural logistics centers.First of all,four alternatives were selected from the villages and towns of Fuyang City by the centre-of-gravity method;secondly,it analyzes the main factors that affect the location of rural logistics centers,and summarizes five evaluation factor indicators:Natural environment,customer distribution,traffic conditions,goods distribution,and policy factors.Finally,the paper constructs an analytic hierarchy process location model,and empirically obtains the best location scheme of rural logistics center.
