基于PCA-DEA模型的物流企业经营绩效评价

摘　　要：物流产业是国民经济的“命脉”,物流上市企业更是在民生和经济中发挥着核心的服务职能和保障作用。文章以申万二级行业物流业为依据,以2021年A股56家物流企业为研究对象,从债务偿还、经营管理、现金周转、盈利能力以及发展能力五个维度选取21个评价指标,基于PCA-DEA模型,从综合效率、技术效率和规模效率等角度分析评价物流上市公司的经营绩效,研究表明企业管理模式、内部结构与生产规模等因素会显著影响经营绩效,最后结合实际情况给出提升物流上市公司经营绩效的建议。The logistics industry is the"lifeblood"of the national economy,and logistics listed companies play a core service function and guarantee role in the people's livelihood and economy.Based on the logistics industry in the Shenwan secondary industry,this article selects 56 A-share logistics listed companies as the research object,selects 21 evaluation indicators from five dimensions:Debt repayment,business management,cash flow,profitability,and development ability.Based on the PCA-DEA model,it analyzes and evaluates the operational performance of logistics listed companies from the perspectives of comprehensive efficiency,technical efficiency,and scale efficiency.The research shows that the enterprise management model factors such as internal structure and production scale can significantly affect business performance.Finally,based on the actual situation,suggestions are given to improve the business performance of logistics listed companies.
