摘　　要：2020年的新冠疫情及其衍生的一系列“黑天鹅”事件使全球邮轮市场进入萧条期,随着疫情得到缓解,欧美邮轮市场率先复航,2022年底,全球主要的邮轮公司均实现全船队复航。2023年初,我国邮轮业复航提上议程,阔别国际邮轮市场三年,中国邮轮业的重启面临着诸多挑战。文章系统梳理了我国邮轮业复航在政策、国际环境、产业链发展等方面的优势;其次,对邮轮业复航面临的挑战进行总结;最后,针对邮轮业复航困境提出可行性建议。In 2020,the novel coronavirus outbreak and a series of"black swan"events caused the global cruise market to enter a depression period.With the relief of the epidemic,the European and American cruise markets took the lead in resuming flights.By the end of 2022,the world's major cruise companies have realized the resumption of their entire fleets.At the beginning of 2023,the resumption of China's cruise industry is on the agenda.After three years'absence from the international cruise market,the restart of China's cruise industry faces many challenges.This paper systematically analyzed the advantages of the resumption of cruise industry in policy,international environment and industrial chain development.Secondly,the challenges facing the resumption of cruise industry are summarized.Finally,the paper puts forward some feasible suggestions for the plight of the cruise industry.
