摘　　要：大学战略目标认同是学校利益相关者对大学的战略目标达成共识并将学校的战略目标内化为个体目标的集中体现。其不仅是大学战略规划成功的前提,还是将大学战略目标转化为集体行动的心理基础,更是大学战略规划有效实施的动力源与意志保障。但在现实中,大学战略目标认同的实现却遭遇诸多障碍。这些障碍既涉及大学战略目标本身,也涉及目标设置的过程,还涉及目标实现的评价。增强战略目标设置的科学性、促进全员参与大学战略规划全过程、加强大学内部各单位间的沟通与交流、构建以战略目标管理为导向的激励体系等是提升大学战略目标认同的主要路径。The identification of the university strategic goal is the centralized reflection of the con⁃sensus of the school stakeholders on the university strategic goal and the internalization of the school strategic goal.It is not only a prerequisite for the success of university strategic planning,but also a psychological basis for transforming university strategic objectives into collective action.In re⁃ality,however,there are many obstacles to realize the university strategic goal recognition.These impediments concern both the university strategic objectives themselves and the process of setting them,as well as the evaluation of their achievement.The main ways to enhance the university stra⁃tegic goal recognition are as follows:strengthen the scientific nature of strategic objective setting,promote the participation of the whole staff in the university strategic planning process,strengthen the communication and communication among the various units within the university,and build a strategic goal management-oriented incentive system.
