在地国际化对大学生国际化能力的影响——以W高校为例

摘　　要：作为后疫情时代高等教育国际化发展的新趋势,在地国际化为大学生国际化能力培养提供了新的途径。基于大学生国际化能力评价量表,对W高校材料科学与工程国际化示范学院的学生国际化能力开展调查。结果显示:示范学院大学生的国际化能力水平总体上高于传统学院;除去工具使用因素,示范学院大一学生的国际化认同度最高;传统学院大四学生的国际化能力水平高于大一学生。高校应将在地国际化理念嵌入大学管理机构组织,将国际化能力的内涵融入人才培养体系,构建完善的在地国际化教育政策体系。As a new trend of the internationalization of higher education in the post-epidemic era,the internationalization at home provides a new way for the internationalization of university stu⁃dents.On the basis of the assessment scale of college students'internationalization ability,this study investigated the students'internationalization ability of College of Materials Science and Engi⁃neering and School of Materials Demonstration of W University.The results show that the interna⁃tionalization ability of the students of School of Materials Demonstration is generally higher than that of the traditional colleges.In addition to the tool use factor,students in School of Materials Demonstration have the highest degree of international recognition,and the international ability of senior students of traditional colleges is higher than that of freshman students.Universities should embed the concept of internationalization in the organization of university management institutions,integrate the connotation of internationalization ability into the talent training system,and build a perfect system of internationalization education policy.
